Featuring spaces for 115 children aged from 6 weeks to 5 years, the 887 square metre space includes seven separate pods for each age group of children, as well as a reception, staffroom, offices, kitchen and associated facilities. The number of car parking spaces provided will be 19, which meets the requirement for car parking.

The centre features 812 square metres of secure outdoor playground areas, accessed by all age group areas, to encourage children to explore the outside world.

Featuring a blend of timber cladding, brickwork, cement render and stone retaining walls, the Centre delivers a contemporary and welcoming street presence with easy car access for parents, carers and staff. Located directly opposite the local shopping centre, the Centre provides a convenient drop off for parents and carers and is also within easy walking distance to local bus services, further contributing to a sustainable and environmentally sensitive design.
